BROSKI OLD FASHIONED

Ingredients

  • 2 oz BROSKI

  • 1 sugar cube

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • Orange peel

  • Ice cubes

  • Maraschino cherry (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the sugar cube in an old fashioned glass.

  2. Add the dashes of Angostura bitters to the glass.

  3. Muddle the sugar cube and bitters together until the sugar is dissolved.

  4. Add a few ice cubes to the glass.

  5. Pour the BROSKI over the ice.

  6. Stir gently to combine.

  7. Express the oils from the orange peel over the glass, then drop the peel into the cocktail.

  8. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, if desired.

BROSKI MANHATTAN

Ingredients

  • 2 oz BROSKI

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • Maraschino cherry for garnish

  • Orange peel for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.

  2. Add BROSKI, sweet vermouth, and Angostura bitters to the mixing glass.

  3. Stir gently for about 30 seconds to combine the ingredients and chill the drink.

  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a twist of orange peel.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
